8. Q. What is your return policy?
A. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied simply return the item(s) within 30 days for a full refund less shipping charges. After 30 days a restock charge of 15% will apply. No returns after 90 days. No returns on electrical control modules or items once they have been installed (weatherstrips etc.) except for defective items in which an exchange will be made.
9. Q. How do I make a return?
A. Call our customer service line for an RA (return authorization) number. This number should be written on the outside of the box. We prefer that you return items via UPS or USPS (post office). Other carriers may delay credit or exchange. It may take up to 2 credit card statements before the credit will show up on your statement.
